Helen Scull runs easy small group Cookery courses and demonstrations at her home here in Shaldon, South Devon
There is a varied choice of courses- and some are bespoke to small private groups who enjoy a day with friends with lovely food and a bit of learning at the same time !
Courses are suitable for all oven types
Helen uses a 4 oven Aga cooker -alongside her conventional cookers- all recipes are designed to be followed easily whatever your cooker choice is at home, with plenty of easy prepare ahead ideas to make catering really simple. The courses are suitable for all levels of cook -and there is some hands on work if you like to do this, however if you prefer to watch and learn, you are welcome to do so, all recipe sheets are provided for you.

SATURDAY FEBRUARY 22nd 2020 -Full day Bread and Pizza workshop - 0930 start with breakfast -at least 7 types of bread, finishes with a late lunch and glass of wine, and plenty to take home Price £ 85.00 pp, discount for 2 or more booking together
SUNDAY 23rd FEBRUARY - Half day Cakes, Bakes and Biscuits 1200 start,with a savoury and glass of bubbles on arrival, finishes with a full tea and lots to take home.At least 5 different techniques on this comprehensive course £ 50.00 pp
SATURDAY FEBRUARY 29th - The GLUTEN FREE baker -a course aimed at the Gluten/wheat intolerant - lots of lovely and delicious ideas, runs to the same format as the Cake class above, 1200 start £ 50 pp
