Helen Scull runs easy small group Cookery courses and demonstrations at her home here in Shaldon, South Devon
There is a varied choice of courses- and some are bespoke to small private groups who enjoy a day with friends with lovely food and a bit of learning at the same time !

Courses are suitable for all oven types
Helen uses a 4 oven Aga cooker -alongside her conventional cookers- all recipes are designed to be followed easily whatever your cooker choice is at home, with plenty of easy prepare ahead ideas to make catering really simple.
​
The courses are suitable for all levels of cook -and there is some hands-on work if you like to do this, however, if you prefer to watch and learn, you are welcome to do so, all recipe sheets are provided for you.

> Full day Bread Making workshop Saturday Feb 1st 0930 start £95.00 pp starts with breakfast on arrival,
7 different breads including Pizza making from scratch- finishes with a late lunch
>Half day Baking course Saturday March 8th 1130 start , £60.00 pp -coffee and goodies on arrival, glass of Bubbles,finishes with full tea ! Lots to take home - includes making Hot Cross Buns !
Saturday March 29th- same half day course as above ! Ready for Easter !
