Helen Scull runs easy small group Cookery courses and demonstrations at her home here in Shaldon, South Devon

There is a varied choice of courses- and some are bespoke to small private groups who enjoy a day with friends with lovely food and a bit of learning at the same time !

Courses are suitable for all oven types

Helen uses a 4 oven Aga cooker -alongside her conventional cookers- all recipes are designed to be followed easily whatever your cooker choice is at home, with plenty of easy prepare ahead ideas to make catering really simple.

The courses are suitable for all levels of cook -and there is some hands-on work if you like to do this, however, if you prefer to watch and learn, you are welcome to do so, all recipe sheets are provided for you.
