Helen Scull runs easy small group Cookery courses and demonstrations at her home here in Shaldon, South Devon
There is a varied choice of courses- and some are bespoke to small private groups who enjoy a day with friends with lovely food and a bit of learning at the same time !

Courses are suitable for all oven types
Helen uses a 4 oven Aga cooker -alongside her conventional cookers- all recipes are designed to be followed easily whatever your cooker choice is at home, with plenty of easy prepare ahead ideas to make catering really simple.
​
The courses are suitable for all levels of cook -and there is some hands-on work if you like to do this, however, if you prefer to watch and learn, you are welcome to do so, all recipe sheets are provided for you.

>Saturday Nov 16th - Half day Canapés and festive baking 1200 start
Glass of bubbles and savoury to start- canapés and Xmas baking

>Tuesday December 10th 1200 - Half day Canapés and Festive Baking as above (sold out)
